Grow - Tailored online coaching
We are proud to announce that our offer will be expanded with online coaching. Where we already successfully offered online therapy, we are adding coaching as an extra option. With BloomUp Grow, employees can work on their personal goals, supported by an experienced coach (certified psychologist/psychotherapist). These short, focused 30-minute conversations help them make progress quickly and efficiently.
With this expansion to coaching, we ensure that employees can not only receive therapy, but also work preventively and purposefully on their personal development. In this way, we help companies to create a healthy, resilient working environment.
