Coaching

Coaching is provided by clinically trained professionals and serves as a light intervention or follow-up to a growth trajectory.
Therapy
Therapy is deeper and clinical in nature, designed for more complex or long-term challenges such as burnout, depression or trauma. Sessions last 50 to 60 minutes and always start with a clinical intake. Therapy is more exploratory and diagnostic in nature.

All coaches are validated by BloomUp: their qualifications, professional registrations and ethical guidelines are checked before they become active on the platform. They work in multiple languages (Dutch, French and English) and for B2B collaborations there are often higher experience requirements, such as a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
A coaching session at BloomUp is a short, hands-on conversation of about 30 minutes with a clinically trained professional.
