A growth program at BloomUp consists of three sequential parts that reinforce each other:
- Awareness - short modules and self-tests help employees gain insight into their situation, clarify the underlying problem and focus personal goals.
- Action and application - interactive lessons with videos, exercises and practical assignments prompt change and concrete steps in daily life.
- Retention and relapse prevention - tools, reflections and routines help participants retain progress and prevent recurrence.
Each course averages eight hours of content and is modular and self-directed, allowing employees to learn at their own pace. Upon completion, they receive a certificate of participation.
A growth track has an average completion time of about eight hours and is made up of short, interactive modules. Employees follow the path entirely at their own pace and can pause or resume whenever they want.
Upon completion, they receive a certificate of participation. Parts of the course can also be used as homework or reflection assignments within coaching or therapy programs, so that learning and coaching reinforce each other.
Growth Pathways are fully integrated into BloomUp's therapeutic and coaching approach. Professionals use the pathways as assessment and homework tools: during the intake or a session, a coach or therapist regularly refers to specific modules and assignments that the employee completes independently between sessions.
Coaching usually consists of 30-minute sessions and builds on these exercises. The coach discusses progress, gives targeted assignments and determines with the employee whether scaling up to longer therapeutic sessions is appropriate.
Therapy (50-60 minutes) uses the same material to address deeper themes, making some stretches shorter and more focused.
BloomUp's digital growth programs have an average turnaround time of about eight hours and can be recorded as official training hours. Employers can obtain the learning activity per employee as an export through Customer Success and use this data for their internal training reporting or policy purposes.

BloomUp develops customized courses that are fully tailored to the needs of the organization. All modules are modular and flexible can be adapted or completely newly developed in consultation with the customer and tailored to content, target group and language.
Development is co-creative: BloomUp tailors the content to priority themes revealed through early detection or a psychosocial risk assessment, and combines the modules with workshops and coaching for targeted follow-up. Clinically trained professionals then integrate the material into their therapeutic or coaching sessions so that everything fits seamlessly into practice.
Price and delivery time are agreed upon on a per-order basis. Depending on the package, customization may be included in higher formulas or offered as an add-on.

Employees access BloomUp through a customer-specific landing page, accessible via a link or QR code. There, they can immediately choose to start matching. Those who choose self-help enter BloomUp Learn and easily register with a company code or email address.
Single sign-on (SSO) is available for all organizations, allowing employees to log in directly through their company account.
Workshops can be delivered both live on-site and online and fit seamlessly into digital growth programs. They are often used as part of aftercare or as a practical deepening after a trajectory.
Professionals use workshop content to refer participants to specific modules or exercises. Coaches offer follow-up on specific assignments from the growth programs, so that learning continues even between sessions.
Coaching
Coaching consists of short, practical sessions of about 30 minutes, guided by clinical psychologist. They are used as a quick intervention or as a follow-up to a growth trajectory. During the intake, coaches prescribe targeted assignments, and in case of need, they refer to therapy.
Podcasts
Podcasts offer approachable psychoeducation and recognizable stories of experience. Employees can listen to them as a supplement to growth programs or within campaigns and aftercare. They encourage insight, recognition and engagement. Available in the higher packages.
Face-scans
The face-scan is an optional physiological check that analyzes stress and micro-expression data to detect potential risks early. The results, along with self-test scores, are used in triage (red flags) but never shared individually with the employer.
Self tests
Short screening questions around topics such as stress, sleep and burnout. They automatically redirect to the appropriate form of support: self-help, a growth track, coaching or direct clinical intake, depending on the severity of the score.
Integration in practice
Professionals are familiar with the content of all growth programs and use podcasts, self-tests and face-scans as homework or assessment. Coaching builds on these insights to target progress. All reporting to employers is aggregated and anonymous; individual follow-up remains completely confidential.
