We start with a short onboarding for HR and employees. After that, we take over: from communication and registration to monitoring usage and impact. You get access to a clear dashboard with reporting, without extra administration for your team.
Our platform collects anonymized data on usage, satisfaction and evolution of mental well-being. This gives you insight into impact: less absenteeism, more resilience and higher engagement. We share quarterly reports that help you to substantiate your well-being policy with figures.
All sessions are strictly confidential between the employee and the psychologist or coach. BloomUp complies with GDPR legislation and never shares personal or medical information with employers. HR only sees aggregated, anonymous data, nothing about individual employees.
