Mental wellness in the workplace is increasingly higher on the agenda, and for good reason. At BloomUp, we work every day toward one goal: to lower the threshold and make mental support accessible to everyone. Fortunately, we are not alone in this. Today there are several subsidies and grants that make it easier to make wellness programs (like BloomUp's) accessible and scalable. Yet these often remain under the radar. That's why we've compiled some concrete options below, including examples and practical conditions.

For companies covered by Joint Committee 200 (white-collar workers) or other sectors with Cevora coverage. Both small and large companies can apply for an intervention.

This depends very much on the project but can amount to a premium of a few 1000 euros.
Unfortunately, there are currently no more subsidies active here for the coming period, but they could certainly be available again soon.

Starting with wellness doesn't have to be difficult or expensive
A strong well-being policy does not have to be heavy or expensive-especially when you use existing support measures that often go unused. With accessible support and better access to help, HR can already take steps towards less absenteeism, more resilience and employees who feel good and stay that way. These subsidies make starting up easier and help you evolve faster towards impact that is noticeable on the shop floor and visible in your figures.
Want to reduce dropout and strengthen well-being without a big budget? We'll help you come up with a feasible plan and see what support you can use.
