BloomUp will never deny an employee assistance because it does not fit within the package. Either a longer-term program will be set up after HR approval, or professionals will help with a referral to outside help.
The staff member completes a short matching or self-test, or contacts by phone. Based on the answers and self-test results, the initial triage determines which form of support is most appropriate. This can range from self-help or a digital growth track to a brief 30-minute coaching session or direct therapeutic care.
When there are signs of complexity or increased risk, the file is immediately forwarded to a clinical professional for a comprehensive intake. That professional can make an immediate referral to specialized care, such as a primary care physician, mental health service or hospital, as well as to legal, administrative or financial support and internal assistance such as internal or external prevention services, if necessary.
Throughout the process, BloomUp professionals coordinate the employee's follow-up and growth trajectories. Communication with HR or the employer is only via aggregated and anonymous updates. If additional pathways or add-ons are needed outside the package, these are always coordinated and approved with the customer in advance.

We cooperate with general practitioners, mental health specialists, hospitals and local partners such as the external prevention service. Where necessary, we also engage lawyers, social workers or financial coaches to fully support employees.
