Thomas More - From loose puzzle pieces to connectedness: well-being as a strategic pillar
At Thomas More, well-being grew from ad hoc actions to a strategically anchored policy. Together with BloomUp, the college built a coherent approach, supported by managers, well-being coaches and employees. The result? More openness, more trust and a well-being approach that really works, with measurable impact and human stories.
In addition to the written case study, we also let Daisy Van Dessel and Evelyne Eykelberg of Thomas More speak for themselves in a short video. Watch the video here.
Ps. Currently this case study is only available in Dutch. If you would like to receive the case study in French or English, please send us a message.
