Every working day brings emotions. Sometimes overtly, often subcutaneously. But what happens when that tension builds up, and there is no room to process it?
In this webinar, we explore with Ilse Janssens (HR Coordinator at Emmaüs) and Roeland Depreitere (HR Director at UPC duffel) how resilience helps to deal healthily with emotions at work. Not by pushing them away, but by acknowledging them, understanding them and giving them meaning, individually and as a team.
Among other things, we reflect on:
✅ How emotions pile up under pressure and upset the balance
✅ What resilience really means - on a personal, team and organizational level
✅ The role of the leader: is it okay to show emotions as a leader?
✅ Psychological safety: a culture where emotions are not laughed away
✅ The importance of connectedness - according to the ABC model
