Great news! Starting January 1, 2026, CM will significantly expand its supplementary benefit for psychological care. This is an important step forward for everyone who needs support today, as well as for organizations that want to structurally strengthen mental well-being.
At BloomUp, we believe that accessible care makes all the difference, especially when work and private life are increasingly intertwined. That is why we would like to explain what this expansion means in concrete terms, with a clear distinction between the benefits for the individual and the added value for HR and employers.
What will change from January 1, 2026?
CM members are entitled to higher reimbursements and a simpler system:
- Young people up to the age of 24
- €35 per session
- €55 per session for members with increased reimbursement
- Adults aged 25 and over
- $20 per session
- €30 per session for members with increased reimbursement
- Maximum of 20 sessions per year per member
The conditions for recognition remain unchanged.
The advantage for the individual: care becomes truly achievable
For many people, taking the step toward psychological support is a big one. Cost, administration, and uncertainty often hold them back. This expansion significantly lowers those barriers.
Specifically for BloomUp users
- A reimbursement of between €20 and €55 per session
- No paperwork: BloomUp automatically arranges the refund with CM.
- You only need to enter your national registration number.
- The correct price and refund are immediately visible during matching.
That means: no forms, no uncertainty, no extra stress. People can simply start when they are ready.
The advantage for HR and employers: prevention without additional burden
This is also good news for HR teams and managers: mental health support is becoming more affordable for employees and easier to integrate into existing wellness policies.
The CM reimbursement lowers the threshold for those who need further support after the free calls, as a logical addition to what you already offer as an organization.
Mental health care that is becoming more accessible, for everyone
We see this expansion as a strong signal: mental health is finally getting the attention it deserves. When health insurance funds, healthcare providers, and employers work together to lower barriers, there is room for real prevention.
