Grow: tailored online coaching

We are proud to announce that our offering is expanding with online coaching. We already offered online therapy successfully, and now we are adding coaching as an extra option. With BloomUp Grow, employees can work on their personal goals, supported by an experienced coach (a certified psychologist or psychotherapist). These short, goal-oriented 30-minute conversations help them make progress quickly and efficiently.

With this expansion into coaching, employees can not only get therapy but also work on their personal development preventively and with clear goals. This is how we help companies create a healthy, resilient working environment.
