Impact on Wellbeing Event '26

Many organizations invest in employee well-being. But how do you know if it’s working?

Absenteeism, turnover, dropout rates: the warning signs are well known. What’s less well known is how to design prevention strategies in a way that allows you to actually demonstrate their impact and make adjustments where necessary. This requires clear KPIs, effective monitoring, and an approach that goes beyond a one-time intervention.

At this event, we’ll bring together HR professionals, managers, and well-being coordinators to discuss one key question: How can we make mental well-being tangible and measurable?

We’ll do this through research findings, real-world case studies, and an interactive session where you’ll get hands-on experience. This isn’t just an inspirational session that ends as soon as you walk out the door. It’s an afternoon that will send you home with something practical.

Return on prevention: What does the research say?
What are the actual benefits of investing in prevention? David Verwimp (prevention consultant at IDEWE) provides an honest answer, drawing on findings from two specific studies: psychosocial programs for a diverse group of clients and ergonomic interventions at a major retailer. From these, he derives actionable insights into how to increase the likelihood of success and why embedding prevention in policy makes all the difference.
