HZIV is the public fund and offers no supplementary insurance. There is therefore no contribution on top of the statutory health insurance.

You file the claim with HZIV yourself. Request a certificate from BloomUp after your session and submit it to your health fund, through their app, their website or your local office. For CM and Helan, BloomUp does this automatically.
Yes. You pay the full amount of the session to BloomUp, and your health fund transfers the contribution to your account afterwards. For 30 minute sessions that is on average 37.5 euro and for 50 minute sessions 75 euro. Psychologists set their own rate, so these are averages.
