BloomUp handles this for you. When you pay for your session we ask whether you want to claim a contribution from Helan. You supply your national register number and there is nothing further to do. Helan transfers the amount to your account within two to three weeks.
Yes. You pay the full amount of the session to BloomUp, and your health fund transfers the contribution to your account afterwards. For 30 minute sessions that is on average 37.5 euro and for 50 minute sessions 75 euro. Psychologists set their own rate, so these are averages.
